Engineers convert a 3D product concept into a manufacturable mould design.

Material Preparation
Depending on part volume and material, companies select a grade of aluminum (or steel for high-volume, millions of parts).

Machining & Shaping
Multi-axis CNC machines carve out the main cavities and cores of the mould based on the digital design.

Finishing & Assembly
Technicians manually polish the mould surfaces to achieve desired finishes, ranging from a matte texture to a high-gloss SPI A2 polish.
05.
Testing & Quality Control
The mould is placed into an injection or casting press to produce a test run of sample parts.
